Storage usage per organization
See how much database space and how many uploaded files each organization uses.
Where to find it
- All organizations: Admin sidebar → Organization → Storage (
/admin/storage). - One organization: open it from Organization → tab Storage.
Reading the table
Above the table, summary tiles show uploaded files, shared/system data and the whole database on disk.

| Organization | The tenant. |
| Usage | Bar split into database and files. |
| Total | Database plus files. |
| Database | The organization's share of its tables on disk, including indexes. |
| Records | Number of database records. |
| Files | Uploaded files. |
| Share | Its share of all organizations combined. |
Steps
- Open Storage. The header shows when usage was last measured.
- Click Recalculate. A message confirms Storage usage recalculated.
- Use the sort dropdown (Total size, Database or Files) to find the heaviest organizations.
Tips
- Figures are measured, not live. Recalculate before quoting numbers to a customer.
- Database size is an allocation of shared tables, so it is an estimate per organization.
