AI Connections

Connect an AI assistant such as Claude to ProtoCRM. It acts as you, in your current organization, and can only do what you can do in the app. Page: Integrations โ†’ AI Connections (/system-mcp).

Sign in from your AI client

Copy the URL under Sign In From Your AI Client and add it as a custom MCP server in your client. The client opens ProtoCRM in your browser, asks you to sign in and shows what you approve. No key is stored in the client. This connection acts with everything you can do and appears in the list so you can cut it.

Create a token

If your client cannot sign in:

  1. Under Connections, set a Name and Expires In (Days).
  2. Tick the scopes. Read is always on.
  3. Click Create Token.
  4. Copy it now with Copy URL, or Token Only for clients that send Authorization: Bearer. It is shown only once.

The table shows each connection as Signed in or Token, with scopes, Last Used, Expires and Status. Revoke cuts access immediately.

Recent Tool Calls lists the last 50 calls made as you, from any token or the in-app assistant.
