Activity log
A platform-wide record of sign-in events and administrative actions, for auditing who did what and when.
Where to find it
Admin sidebar → Overview → Activity Log (/admin/activity). Super admins only.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Action | What happened, for example an authentication event or an organization, user, member, feature or seat change. |
| User | Who did it (shown as System when there is no user). |
| Organization | The organization it concerned. |
| Target | The kind of object affected. |
| IP | The address the action came from, or a dash if unknown. |
| When | Time of the event. |
Steps
- Pick a filter chip to narrow the list: All, Auth, Organizations, Users, Members, Features, Seats or API.
- Or type a name in the search box (Search by user name...) and click Search. Filter and search combine.
- Use Previous and Next at the bottom to move through pages of 25.
Tips
- Use it first when a customer says "someone changed our modules or removed a member".
- Filter Seats together with Seat requests to trace a limit change.
