Seat requests
A seat is one member slot in an organization. Each organization can have a seat limit. When an organization needs more, its owner or admin sends a request and a super admin approves or rejects it.
Where to find it
Admin sidebar โ Organization โ Seat Requests (/admin/seat-requests). Page title Seat requests.
Review a request
- Open the page. Tabs Pending, Approved and Rejected each show a count. It opens on Pending.
- Each row shows Organization, Requested by (with their role), Seats (current limit โ requested limit), Reason and Requested.
- Click Approve or Reject on a pending row. A message confirms Request approved or Request rejected.
- Approving applies the new limit immediately.
How an organization asks
On the organization's own Organization page, the Seat Usage card shows members used against the limit (or that no limit is set). An owner or admin enters Request new limit and an optional Reason (optional), then clicks Request seat increase. A message confirms Seat increase requested. An administrator will review it.

Setting a limit yourself
Set Initial Seat Limit (optional) when creating the organization, or change it later with Edit next to Seats in the organization header, or on its Settings tab. Leave it unlimited if you do not want a cap.
Tips
- Check the Reason and the organization's current usage before approving.
- Handled requests stay visible under Approved and Rejected as a record.
