A class is a set of related tables (for example a master with lookups and child lines) defined in the class editor.
Create a class
- Open
/admin/frameworkand click New class. - Fill in Label, optional plural label, description and icon.
- In the Tables tab, add tables and set each table's Role: Master, Reference or Child.
- Add fields in the Fields table: name, label, type, Required, Filterable, Searchable, default.
- Optionally add Detail tabs (related tables shown on the master's page) and Behaviors.
- Click Review & apply, check the SQL, and confirm. The class is created as a draft.

There is also a JSON tab (Apply JSON) as an alternative to the form editor.
Field types
text, textarea, email, phone, number, currency, percent, date, boolean, select, ref (link to another table), location, multiselect. Number-like fields (number, currency, percent) can have a formula (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentOf).
Behaviors
Reusable business rules attached to a table, configured in the editor. Examples verified in code: Auto Number, Default From Settings, Create CRM Activity, Unique Value, Import From File, Contact Conversion, Hide Records From List, Clone, Contract End Date Reminders.
Tips
- Names (class, table, field) must start with a lowercase letter, letters and digits only, up to 41 characters.
- Unapplied changes appears in the bottom bar until you apply. Discard reverts the editor.
- Class record changes can trigger automations (created, updated, deleted) once the class is published.
