System dashboard templates

System dashboard templates are ready-made dashboards offered to organizations. You choose which organizations see each one in their template gallery, or push a ready copy straight into them.

Where to find it

Admin sidebar → Templates → Dashboard Templates (/admin/dashboard-templates). The same templates also appear as a card in Templates and defaults.

Steps

1. Open the page. Each system template is listed.
2. Choose which organizations are offered the template in their gallery.
3. Or push a ready-made copy into selected organizations.
4. A message reports the result. Open an organization's dashboards to check.

Organization templates

Organizations also keep their own templates. Their owners and admins manage them from Dashboard Templates inside the organization. A super admin can promote an organization's dashboard into the system library from the Templates & Defaults page.

Tips

• Offering a template (gallery) lets users choose it. Pushing creates a copy for them.
• Build and polish the dashboard in a demo organization first, then add it to the library.
