Integrations overview

Sidebar → Integrations (/integrations) shows one card per integration. Which cards you see follows the same feature, permission and Role Group rules as the sidebar menu. Opening /integrations?section=<id> opens that integration's settings dialog (Canva, Power BI, ProtoAPI, Entersoft).

Email and Microsoft 365

  • Microsoft 365: Outlook mail, calendar sync and SharePoint files. See Microsoft 365.

ERP Systems

  • SoftOne ERP: submit reviewed invoices to SoftOne. See SoftOne ERP.

  • AI Connections: let assistants such as Claude work with your CRM data. See AI Connections.
