Organization workspace and settings
Opening an organization from the list gives you its workspace: a header with live stats (members, seats, modules, AI) and a tab bar for everything about that tenant.
Where to find it
Admin sidebar โ Organization โ Organization โ click an organization (/admin/organizations/[id]).
Header
The header shows the organization name, slug and current Plan. Switch into org signs you in as the organization's owner so you see the app as they do; a banner offers a way back to admin. The Seats stat has an Edit link to change the seat limit or set it to unlimited. The ... menu copies the organization ID, opens Settings or goes to Delete organization.
Tabs
| Tab | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Members | Add or remove members, set role, groups and permissions (Add and invite members). |
| Departments | Maintain departments. They are labels only and do not change access. |
| Modules & plan | Assign a plan, switch extra modules on or off, Enable all or Disable extras. |
| AI | Per-organization AI setup with the sections Overview, Providers & models, Prompts and Usage. |
| Email (SMTP) | Organization SMTP. |
| Storage | Storage usage of this organization. |
| Settings | Read-only Organization details (name, slug, created, ID), the seat limit card, and the Danger zone. |
Delete an organization
On Settings, the Danger zone card has Delete organization. It permanently deletes the organization and removes all its members. You must type the organization name to confirm. This cannot be undone.
Tips
- Export or back up anything the customer needs before deleting.
- Switch into org (or Sign in as this member on a member row) is the quickest way to reproduce a customer's problem.
